Newbury BID measures shopper behaviour with PlaceDashboard
PlaceDashboard, has been appointed to town centre shopper behaviour measurment and insight by Newbury Business Improvement District.
PlaceDashboard enables Newbury BID to measure the visits flows across all the streets within the BID area, identify where shoppers and visitors are travelling from and track visit flows to levy paying retailers. PlaceDashboard provides a number of KPIs to the BID board including share of shopping visits captured, dwell time and visit frequency to the Newbury BID area. All insight is available through an online dashboard.
PlaceDashboard captures visitor behaviour insight for all 200+ Business Improvement Districts across the UK.
Newbury BID was re-elect in 2016 for a second five year term to focus four core areas: Marketing and Promoting, Getting Out and About, Attractive Town Centre and Business Support and Income. Over £2.25 million is to be invested into the town centre.
